Services and Training
After an initial ridden assessment, Sarah will agree on development areas and ambitions with you to ensure that you progress towards your goals while learning the structure and confidence needed to achieve them. Using the UK Coaching Certificate (UKCC) framework as a basis, you will be clearer about exactly what you want and need to achieve and be able to measure your improvement as you and your horse develop. At each session you will get Sarah’s full attention while you benefit from the knowledge and experiences of a world class rider and athlete who knows very well the psychological aspects of a rider and how much goes on when riders are out of the saddle.
For those wishing to or who are already successfully competing, Sarah will work to develop competition strategies and can provide coaching at competitions.
Sarah will be able to create a healthy balance between you and your horse and shape you into an ambitious and happy athlete.
Working with young horses just starting out to those ready to advance in the competition circuit and everything in between, Sarah can really make a difference to your horse. Sarah is equally happy developing high-level competition horses; setting the foundations with youngsters; working with horses, which requires retraining or recovering from injury; as well as just keeping a horse happy and fit for its owner.
Sarah is able to offer both short and long-term training with very successful results.
